Santa Fe Heroes Banners Installed!

Tuesday, May 21, a group of dedicated volunteers gathered together on a chilly Santa Fe morning at 5:00am to begin the process of reinstalling the banners honoring our military men and women who have proudly served our country.

Splitting up into several teams, our volunteers made quick work of getting the banners installed along all the major roadways into and out of Santa Fe.

This phase of our project is completed. The arrangement with the city government of Santa Fe allowed us to install 200 banners. As we move forward, we will work with our partners and the city to expand the banner sites. If and when that happens and how we will offer up those new locations to the citizens of northern New Mexico will be announced here.

The Nuestra SeƱora del Rosario Knights of Columbus Council 10517, located at Santa Maria de la Paz Catholic Community would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to Coates Tree Service, Southwest Fire Defense and Tree Removal Services, Comcast/Xfinity, County of Santa Fe, Allegra Mail and Print, A-San Mateo Mini Warehouses, Desert Tees & Sports and Late Nite Grafix for coming together to make this possible.

Lastly, a VERY BIG THANK YOU to the Brothers of Council 10517 who consistently step up to the plate to do whatever they can to help the communities of Santa Fe and northern New Mexico!
