Regarding the community's participation in our banner project.
As of this time, we have not signed a new proclamation with the city to continue overseeing the project. As soon as the new proclamation is signed, we will announce a date on our website and Facebook page our application form will be live. When the form goes live, people who currently have a banner in our project will need to reapply. As those people have already given us a copy of the DD214, a new one is not needed. If you want to add a new banner in our project you will need to fill out the form, along with a copy of the DD214 and you will be added to our waiting list. At the time the application goes live, we will take a "first come/first served" approach. After the banner application form is closed we will contact you with further details.
